Offer Numbers

• Each document (quote, estimate, …) gets a unique identifier called offer number

• The offer number consists of:

  • always use “a” as a leading characgter leading letter identifying the type: e.g. “q” for quote, “a” for Angebotcharacter.

  • the year

  • the profit center (Kostenträger):

  • Incremental id number

• Format

  • a<Year>-<ProfitCenter>-<DocumentId>

  • Example: a2020-134-01.
