This gameplan is the index and executive summary of our sales gameplans. It is intended as a first overview and starting point to get into the sales topics at 9Y.

What we do

  • We are selling digital product development and design services

  • We sell business to business only

What we do not do

  • At the moment we do not offer (digital) marketing services

What services categories we selling

There a two fundamentally different services we are selling:

  • Product Development and Design Resources

    • Here we provide dedicated resources for other companies

    • We invoice per hour of invested time

    • No product responsibility by 9Y

    • Lower risk on our end

  • Development and Design of Digital Products

    • Product responsibility by 9Y.

    • We are in charge of defining the team setup and make sure we deliver the defined scope in the defined timeline for the defined costs

    • Costs can be Fixed Price, Time & Material or Capped Time & Material

    • Higher risk on our end

What tools do we use in our daily business

  • Hubspot

  • MS Office: Word and Powerpoint (no Excel)

  • Google Workspace

  • PBX with Phone Contracts and Virtual Phone Numbers

  • Confluence/Jira
