Process

• Send all holiday requests via Productive.

• It will go to your Team Lead, the Resource Manager and all the PLs, who will approve it.

How to request a holiday

When requesting time off, please keep a reasonable lead time in mind such as;

• Please notify at least 30 days before the start of the holiday.

• For longer vacations (2+ weeks), please notify at least 60 months prior.

• need(less) to say, please be mindful to coordinate holidays with your PM especially around launch/release dates.
