Documentation is super valuable in many cases in our business. It is super crucial in every project, but also internally for important decisions, and to document key communication.

Ground Rules

1. Document all meetings and calls in Confluence. See Meeting Protocol

2. Prefer important communication via email if possible. Slack is not persistent, neither is a phone call.
