Outbound Emails

Send cold emails carefully and do not spam. Each email must be individually prepared and tailored.
We don’t do mass blast email outreaches.
If you send cold outbound emails to prospects, use your @9yards.at email alias address. To see how to add an alias for your email address check out Gmail Alias.
Rule of thumb: Do not send more than 2-3 emails per day.
Check-in HubSpot before you approach a prospect (company and contact) if we approached them already beforehand.
Track the sent email with HubSpot to allow us to run statistics.
