Outbound Emails

• Send cold emails carefully and do not spam. Each email must be individually prepared and tailored.

• We don’t do mass blast email outreaches.

• If you send cold outbound emails to prospects, use your @9yards.at email alias address. To see how to add an alias for your email address check out Gmail Alias.

• Rule of thumb: Do not send more than 2-3 emails per day.

• Check-in HubSpot before you approach a prospect (company and contact) if we approached them already beforehand.

• Track the sent email with HubSpot to allow us to run statistics.
