Request a Clutch Reference

Upon successful delivery towards a customer, once they have had a chance to feel our work, the PM should request the client for a clutch review.

In order to kick this process off:

  • Get client's approval to provide us a review and explain what will happen:

    • They will have a phone call with someone from clutch, and will be asked some questions, e.g. what they like about us, what can be improved, etc.

    • The call takes 15 minutes. No preparation necessary. And someone from Clutch takes care of writing up the review.

    • We would provide the customer’s contact info to Clutch, and then someone from Clutch would reach out asking for a date and time for the call. It’s just the call that the customer has to do, no more work afterwards.

  • Collect contact info of the person who should get contacted by Clutch:

    • email

    • phone number

    • first and last name

    • position

    • city, country

  • The PM should provide contact and project infos to the Sales Team. See template below.
