Request a Clutch Reference
Upon successful delivery towards a customer, once they have had a chance to feel our work, the PM should request the client for a clutch review.
In order to kick this process off:
Get client's approval to provide us a review and explain what will happen:
They will have a phone call with someone from clutch, and will be asked some questions, e.g. what they like about us, what can be improved, etc.
The call takes 15 minutes. No preparation necessary. And someone from Clutch takes care of writing up the review.
We would provide the customer’s contact info to Clutch, and then someone from Clutch would reach out asking for a date and time for the call. It’s just the call that the customer has to do, no more work afterwards.
Collect contact info of the person who should get contacted by Clutch:

The PM should provide contact and project infos to the Sales Team. See template below.
