Refer-an-Employee Bonus

As a token of gratitude to our team members who refer future employees to 9Y, we pay out a little bonus.

Rules

• You get 900 EUR when you refer an employee to 9Y.

• The candidate will go through the regular interview process.

• The referrer cannot be part of the interview process, to avoid potential conflicts of interest.

• The employee has to stay at least 6 months, then the bonus is paid out to the referrer. It’s a one-time bonus.

• Excludes people that are already in the hiring pipeline or are known to 9Y from before.

• Bonus doesn't discriminate candidate (or referrer) seniority, it’s a flat fee for all employees.

• Location also doesn’t matter (for neither the referrer or the candidate), same bonus regardless.

• No limit to the number of people you can refer.

• If in doubt whether to refer someone or not, keep in mind that you might end up working with this person.

• Gameplan is in effect starting 22/03/2022.
