Refer-an-Employee Bonus

As a token of gratitude to our team members who refer future employees to 9Y, we pay out a little bonus.

You get 900 EUR when you refer an employee to 9Y.
The candidate will go through the regular interview process.
The referrer cannot be part of the interview process, to avoid potential conflicts of interest.
The employee has to stay at least 6 months, then the bonus is paid out to the referrer. It’s a one-time bonus.
Excludes people that are already in the hiring pipeline or are known to 9Y from before.
Bonus doesn't discriminate candidate (or referrer) seniority, it’s a flat fee for all employees.
Location also doesn’t matter (for neither the referrer or the candidate), same bonus regardless.
No limit to the number of people you can refer.
If in doubt whether to refer someone or not, keep in mind that you might end up working with this person.
Gameplan is in effect starting 22/03/2022.
