Holiday Requests

Process

• Send all holiday requests via Productive.

• It will go to your Team Lead, the Resource Manager and all the PLs, who will approve it.

How to request a holiday

When requesting time off, please keep a reasonable lead time in mind such as;

• couple of days (eg Thur-Fri off ) - can be as late as week before you plan on taking 1-2 days off

• 1-2 weeks - please notify at least 3 weeks prior

• 3-4 weeks - please notify at least 6 weeks prior

• over 4 weeks - please notify 2 months prior

• need(less) to say maybe try not to plan time off when you know a launch/release is planned
